Position Summary

CompuData is currently looking for a Sage 100 (MAS 90/200) Software Consultant to join our Philadelphia team. This Sage 100 (MAS 90/200) Software Consultant is responsible for business process reviews with clients and prospects, laying out project plans and timelines, implementing and configuring Sage 100, and providing post sales support.

Job Title: Cloud Systems Administrator

CompuData is a provider of cloud services for a rapidly growing customer base utilizing a private multi-tenant cloud environment. We are currently looking for a Cloud Network Administrator whose responsibilities will include monitoring and maintaining the cloud environment, on-boarding new customers onto the cloud and working with our helpdesk to resolve cloud issues quickly and efficiently. The position requires knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy and experience with VMware, Citrix and Cisco technologies. The ideal candidate will be a technology enthusiast with a zeal for learning about different technology solutions. The candidate will also be an effective team player, solution oriented, driven to succeed, possess a positive, resilient attitude and can work in a family-orientated, fast-paced yet focused, evolving organization.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure uptime of the cloud environment
  • Monitor cloud environment and proactively address issues
  • Monitor and maintain customer environments including Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, Patch Management and Antivirus
  • Monitor and maintain Backup procedures and Disaster Recovery systems
  • Maintain VMware cluster environment and attached storage
  • Assist with on-boarding new customers onto the cloud environment

Key Functions/Responsibilities

  • Responsible for management of all Support Services staff members
  • Responsible for timely ticket completion in accordance with customer SLA’s
  • Build new or refine existing operational processes that complement organizational practices
  • Customer relations for any clients with outstanding issues or unsatisfied service
  • Participate in creation of IT performance measurements including Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements
  • Responsible for timely escalation of high priority tickets to appropriate team members in accordance with customer SLA’s.

  • Identify trends in support issues and common problematic areas of CompuData’s product based on ticket submission.

  • Project management for various customer-facing technology implementations  

Qualifications/Skills

  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years leadership experience in a service provider environment
  • Exposure to multiple areas in infrastructure and operational support in a service provider environment
  • Senior level management interface and presentations

Key Functions/Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 1 and limited Tier 2 support to customers of the managed services and cloud  services offerings.
  • Respond to phone calls, emails and self-service requests in a professional and timely manner from end users having issues with software, hardware, and peripheral devices.
  • Utilize general troubleshooting techniques and available resources provided in order to diagnose and resolve issues.
  • Open tickets, triage and route tickets accordingly if first call resolution does not occur.
  • Fully document all associated resolutions and/or actions taken in the ticketing software system.
  • Consistently adheres to defined Help Desk policies and procedures for processing, escalating, notifying and closing tickets.
  • Provide routine preventative maintenance tasks as defined by service level agreements.
  • Perform audit tasks assigned to the Help Desk.  
  • Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of the position
  • Other duties and project work as assigned.

Qualifications/Skills

  • College degree or equivalent combination of experience/ industry certifications required.

CompuData is expanding its digital marketing activities. We are seeking an experienced digital marketing and automation specialist with the ability to create and implement digital marketing campaigns to best leverage list optimization, email marketing and digital advertising. This position is a great opportunity for a digital marketing professional looking to develop lead-generating campaigns focused on outbound and inbound strategies to execute customer journeys for CompuData’s various client personas and markets. We’re looking for someone with deep knowledge of key digital marketing tools to drive pipeline and sales and account growth, as well as manage marketing lists to support all initiatives.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing nurture campaigns using HubSpot and measuring campaign performance for effectiveness and lead-generation activities. This includes demonstrating a clear understanding of the entire customer journey from awareness and comparison stages to decision stage.
  • Working closely with the CompuData sales and marketing teams to define objectives, share quality leads, provide training on marketing campaigns, and provide insights to optimize content and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Managing CompuData’s marketing database, managing list management and list development best practices and moving leads to the right nurture campaigns on a continuous basis. Salesforce and HubSpot experience a plus.
  • Managing CompuData’s marketing automation platform (HubSpot) to optimize contacts, campaigns and lists.
  • Basic coding experience a plus, HTML and CSS. Design experience a plus. HubSpot proficiency a plus.

This is a full-time position located in Philadelphia, PA, at CompuData’s corporate headquarters.
