Senior Accountant – Purchase Manager

Position: Senior Accountant – Purchase Manager

We are seeking a Senior Accountant – Purchase Manager with the ability to support purchasing process and track/monitor renewal of 3rd party agreements, as well as support accounts receivable and accounts payable, among other critical duties. Responsibilities include:

  • Support purchasing process and track/monitor renewal of 3rd party agreements.
  • Inventory shipping receiving and monitoring.
  • Account reconciliations and analysis.
  • Support Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable. Monitor/review transactions to ensure proper account posting of items, departments, customers, vendors.
  • Create/Monitoring/Review customer contracts.
  • Track renewal of service agreements and oversee the posting of revenue schedules.
  • Manage monthly contract invoice generation, respond to billing inquiries.
  • Support in cash applications including receipts and disbursements when needed.
  • Some involvement in financial close. 

This is a full-time position located in Philadelphia, PA, at CompuData’s corporate headquarters.

General Requirements

  • 3-5 year accounting experience.
  • Experience with cloud-based software a plus.
  • Bachelor degree in accounting preferred.
  • Contract management experience preferred.
  • AP, AR, and Purchasing experience a plus.

Digital Marketing Automation Specialist

Position: Digital Marketing Automation Specialist – Marketo Experience a Plus

Position Summary

CompuData is expanding its digital marketing activities. We are seeking an experienced digital marketing and automation specialist with the ability to create and implement digital marketing campaigns to best leverage list optimization, email marketing and digital advertising. This position is a great opportunity for a digital marketing professional looking to develop lead-generating campaigns focused on outbound and inbound strategies to execute customer journeys for CompuData’s various client personas and markets. We’re looking for someone with deep knowledge of key digital marketing tools to drive pipeline and sales and account growth, as well as manage marketing lists to support all initiatives.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing nurture campaigns using Marketo and measuring campaign performance for effectiveness and lead-generation activities. This includes demonstrating a clear understanding of the entire customer journey from awareness and comparison stages to decision stage.
  • Working closely with the CompuData sales and marketing teams to define objectives, share quality leads, provide training on marketing campaigns, and provide insights to optimize content and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Managing CompuData’s marketing database, managing list management and list development best practices and moving leads to the right nurture campaigns on a continuous basis. Salesforce and Marketo experience a plus.

We are looking for experienced and detail oriented individuals with a solid technical background to join our Support Services team. Successful candidates must have exceptional customer services skills, strong multi-tasking abilities and be willing to work in a face-paced environment.

Key Functions/Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 1 and limited Tier 2 support to customers of the managed services and cloud  services offerings.
  • Respond to phone calls, emails and self-service requests in a professional and timely manner from end users having issues with software, hardware, and peripheral devices.
  • Utilize general troubleshooting techniques and available resources provided in order to diagnose and resolve issues.
  • Open tickets, triage and route tickets accordingly if first call resolution does not occur.
  • Fully document all associated resolutions and/or actions taken in the ticketing software system.
  • Consistently adheres to defined Help Desk policies and procedures for processing, escalating, notifying and closing tickets.
  • Provide routine preventative maintenance tasks as defined by service level agreements.
  • Perform audit tasks assigned to the Help Desk.  
  • Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of the position
  • Other duties and project work as assigned.

Qualifications/Skills

  • College degree or equivalent combination of experience/ industry certifications required.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast moving environment.
  • Experience supporting Microsoft Desktop/Server Operating Systems and Office suite environment.
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts and best practices; ability to demonstrate basic network troubleshooting techniques  (wired and wireless).
  • Technical awareness: ability to match resources to technical issues appropriately.
  • Good customer-centric personality and ability to communicate to technical and non-technical customers.
