Marketing Technology Manager

The Marketing Technology Manager will oversee CompuData’s marketing automation and marketing technology strategy across multiple markets, industries and buyer personas. This candidate will be an integral member of a small team of professionals who, collectively, are responsible for ensuring the most effective utilization of CompuData’s marketing initiatives, including e-mail marketing, social network advertising and remarketing. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for coordinating sales lead generation and lead management across all business lines.

Responsibilities include:

Marketing Technology. Align technology solutions to optimize lead generation and client engagement. Ensure that the organization remains at the forefront of digital and technological advances to drive business growth. Effectively implement outbound campaigns within existing marketing automation system to engage prospects, clients, and other centers of influence; capture and analyze engagement. Collaborate with internal content marketing on matters of website content, social media updates and SEO strategies to ensure they align with CompuData’s lead management initiatives and best practices. Design and monitor remarketing campaigns to generate inbound leads.

Reporting and Analytics

Perform in-depth reporting analysis for all digital marketing campaigns; make actionable recommendations consistent with CompuData’s digital marketing goals and KPIs. Develop and maintain a digital dashboard for key stakeholders to provide metrics across various lines of business.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required. 5+ years of broad marketing experience required. A minimum 3-5 years’ experience building and implementing marketing automation driven lead management and client engagement platforms required. Experience with B2B/B2C CRMs (Salesforce preferred) and Marketing Automation tools such as Marketo (preferred). Strong project management skills and demonstrated ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders at various levels across multiple business lines. Technical skills in HTML preferred, not required.

Ability to prepare and deliver presentations to senior management targeting overviews of digital marketing reporting and analytics.

Helpdesk Analyst

We are looking for experienced and detail oriented individuals with a solid technical background to join our Support Services team. Successful candidates must have exceptional customer services skills, strong multi-tasking abilities and be willing to work in a face-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

– Provide Tier 1 and limited Tier 2 support to customers of the managed services and cloud services offerings.
– Respond to phone calls, emails and self-service requests in a professional and timely manner from end users having issues with software, hardware, and peripheral devices.
– Utilize general troubleshooting techniques and available resources provided in order to diagnose and resolve issues.
– Open tickets, triage and route tickets accordingly if first call resolution does not occur.
– Fully document all associated resolutions and/or actions taken in the ticketing software system.
– Consistently adheres to defined Help Desk policies and procedures for processing, escalating, notifying and closing tickets.
– Provide routine preventative maintenance tasks as defined by service level agreements.
– Perform audit tasks assigned to the Help Desk.
