CBIZ CompuData is also implementing a Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) solution through Microsoft Intune, enabling Greenspring to deploy necessary apps to personal devices with built-in security protections. Using Intune, Greenspring is able to offer secure access to company applications on personal devices giving staff flexibility in their approach to technology used for their work.
• Optimized File Management and Collaboration: CBIZ CompuData helped Greenspring implement a tailored Egnyte solution to meet their file management and security needs. This upgrade improved document collaboration, streamlined workflows, and enhanced file accessibility, all while maintaining stringent security standards.
• Centralized Password and Application Management: CBIZ CompuData introduced a centralized password management system, integrated with Microsoft Entra for secure login access. Additionally, the CBIZ CompuData team set up Adobe licensing and other essential apps, simplifying software management and strengthening security.
• Ongoing Security Enhancements: CBIZ CompuData is currently enhancing Greenspring’s security infrastructure by implementing a SIEM tool using Microsoft Azure Sentinel. This tool will serve as a central hub for security reporting, consolidating data from all security products. A third-party team will manage incident response and monitoring, ensuring proactive threat detection and swift resolution.
